CHICKEN CAPSICUM STEW,G/G FRIED RICE . 9/2/O9.
GINGER/GARLIC FRIED RICE.
ING:
Rice / 1/2 kg,soaked and boiled till 2 kanni's are left.
Ginger/garlic / 1/2 pao,koot lein.
Eggs / 3 nos,whisked.
Hari mirchein / 4-5 nos,diagonally chopped.
Kali mirch / 1/2 tsp.
Sugar / 1/2 tsp.
Salt / to taste.
Oil / 1/4 cup.
METHOD:
-Pan main oil garam ker ke ginger/garlic ko golden fry karein.
-Hari mirchein add karein aur saath hee eggs add ker ke mix karein.
-Boiled rice add karein aur salt kali mirch.sugar add ker ke aachi tarhan mix karein.
-Slow flame per 6=7 mins tak cover ker ke dum dein.
-Rice ready hai,serve karein,tomato aur salad kileaves ki garnishes ke saath.

MAYO GARLIC SAUCE.
ING:
Garlic / 3-4 cloves,chopped finely with the help of back of the knife.
Milk /Pani /3-4 tbsp.
Mayyonaise / 1/2 cup.
Salt / 1/4 tsp.
Kutti kali mirch / 2 pinch.
Lemon juice / of 1/2
METHOD:
-Bowl main garlic add karein,milk/pani, mayonaise dalein,salt,kali mirch dal ker whisk
karein,lemon juice add karein aur aachi tarhan whisk karein.
-Dripping consistency honi chahyee.
-Ready hai.
