Lemon/ Pineapple Dessert, Alo k bhajiye -20th Mar-09
Lemon/Pineapple dessert
1/2 kg milk
1 cup sugar
Vanilla custard powder OR corn flour --2tbsp
Heat the milk, add in sugar n stir, then dissolve the custard pow in water or milk and add it too, dont over cook coz we dont need it very mch thick,. just cook till the kachapan is gone
take it out in a big bowl
and keep aside
Further ingredients
2 pac LemonOR pineapple jelly
1 tin pineapple (cut in chunks)
2tbp gelatin
1 pak cream
now in that custard bowl put add these ingredients i.e cream, gelatin and jelly& beat it so well till it makes a thick batter, lastly add pineapple chunks too
now take big long glasses or a big bowl for assembling.......put some of the remaining pineapple chunks in the bottom, then custard, top garnish with cherries, wafers, crushed chocolate,chunked strawberries, crushed biscuits, thus any thing upon ur choice
you can put crushed biscuits in the botom, chocolate sauce in the mid layer and custard as a top layers n fill it with whipped cream and some bunties on the top...
or, make designs of chocolate sauce on the bottom n sides of the glas n keep it in refrigerator for few mins, then set the glas as required, the chocolate squirls will b visible and would inhance the loook ahan, garnish with some pieces of jellies as well and put some lemon slices as well if making the lemon dessert.

Aloo kay bhajiye
half kg alu boiled, mashed
kuti lal mirch 2tsp
zeera n dhanya 1tbsp each sabut
fryied onion 1cup
2tbsp anar dana
podina 2tbsp
6 green chillies chopped
dhanya leaves 2tbsp
salt 1tsp
chat masala 1tsp
1tbsp kari pata
zeera aur dhanya ko bhool lo, dont grind.
sab ingre.. ko mix kar k badye badye se kabab gol waley bana lo.bohatc hotey nahi banana
Batter
besan as required
water as required
salt as req
zeera thora sa
red chilli 1tsp
chat masla 1tsp
sab ko mix mark na patla na gaara , normal wala batter bana lo n dip karo kababs ko, shallo fry n serve with parathas n raita.

1/2 kh dahi
2/3 green chillies
1tsp zeera
podina 2tbsp
2tbsp dhanya
lehsan 1tsp
salt
blend kar lo, last mei 1tsp kuti kali mirch dal k bhajiye k sath serve karian.
