Letters Missing In Kelk

I've installed KELK 2010 couple of time now, but still I get this error. Everythings runs well but letters " ?" and " ? " are missing.
For example If I write " ??????? ???? ??? " in properties and when I click Apply it automatically turns and shows " ?? ???? ??? ??? " and it's freaking me out plssssssssss... help

yes im also facing this problem in kelk and i dint get the solution except Maddi told about...u have to choose English keyboard and Absolute Farsi option from text properties text box in kelk....and for your easiness u can copy HAA once then paste when u want while u r using Urdu keyboard....for GAAF u can use G also in urdu keyboard.
